We put great care into presenting our items as true to nature as possible and describing sizes in the most detailed way. Under each product, you will find information about suitable clothing sizes and exact measurements.

If something doesn’t fit or isn’t as expected, you can register a return here:
We can only accept returns if the clothing is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original tag (if included upon delivery). As soon as your return arrives, we will inspect it and issue your refund within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
If your refund takes unusually long, please reach out to us.
If you received incorrect or defective items, we will provide a free return label for the exchange. Simply contact us via email: support@atyra.de

We recommend shipping your return via Hermes (automatically insured) or DHL with a tracking number.
If you ship without tracking and the parcel gets lost, you are responsible for the loss.
We can only issue a refund once the returned parcel arrives with us.
If you choose insured shipping, the shipping provider will cover the loss in case of a missing package, and you will receive your money back.

Please make sure to include a note with your order number inside the package.
You may combine items from multiple orders in one return shipment.
