Shipping Information

We ship your clothing and accessories lovingly packaged from our headquarters in Berlin.

We currently ship within Europe (including the United Kingdom) and to the USA.

Shipping Rates

Germany: €5

Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 17 CHF
(Due to customs fees and higher shipping costs, we recommend using an EU postbox or a service provider such as “MeinEinkauf.”)

Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain: €12.50

For all other European countries and the USA, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE:

For non-EU countries, additional customs fees are very likely.
Currently, even shipments under CHF 150 to Switzerland are occasionally subject to customs clearance.
Please only order to Switzerland if you are comfortable with potential customs charges.

Typical customs fees for Switzerland are:

  • CHF 11.50 customs fee

  • approx. 3% of the product value (handling fee)

  • CHF 1 invoice fee

  • 8.1% VAT

Shipping & Packaging

For each order, we take great care in choosing the right box and packing your items beautifully.
Our stickers are made from bagasse and are fully recyclable.

For very large orders, we use recycled cartons.
If you prefer a recycled carton for smaller orders as well, simply leave a note at checkout — this helps us work even more sustainably.

We ship with DHL GoGreen.
If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us at support@atyra.de.

As a small shop, we usually ship within 2–3 business days.
For example, if you order on Thursday, your parcel may be picked up by our shipping partners on Monday or Tuesday.

We kindly ask for your patience.
If your parcel takes unusually long (more than one week) or something seems off with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Legal Information

According to EU law, online purchases can be returned without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Once the return is declared, the items must be sent back to the retailer within another 14 days.

A formal withdrawal declaration is not required.
We also accept returns if you simply send us an email with your order number.
